My new build , be using new pc for photoshop CS5 & Microsoft Word 2010

Intel® Core™ i5 Processor 760 (2.80GHz, 8MB)
Windows® 7 Home Premium 64bit
8192MB Dual Channel DDR3 [4x2048] < Is this over kill
ATI Radeon™ HD 5450 1GB DDR3
Blu-Ray dvd drive
1.5TB 7200rpm
Dell UltraSharp™ U2311H 23” Widescreen

Not to sure about graphics card , i will not be using system for games

that looks like a beast of a computer, (i dont know what microworld is), but for photoshop editing it will be fine.

what kind of photoshop work?

it might be a bit overkill you see. If its for large print size Photoshop documents then it would be a valid build, if its just for screen based photoshop documents (like web deisgn) and photo editing, you could use a less powerful computer and save your money.

If you dont play games you will most likely want a cheap GPU like this (but im not 100% so wait for other replies) -

although if you spent £80 on a GPU (graphics card), you could get a nice second hand one (within warranty) in the members market, which would allow you to play games.

Im guessing this is a pre built from somewhere else?
Whats your actual budget? And would you be willing/able to build yourself? Or do you want prebuilt?
