My 2 year transformation

No its not at all. I think you're e-statting.

Agreed.

18" is definitely not a 'regular' sized arm and is considered by most very hard to achieve. Put size onto arms takes a very long time they don't respond like other muscles such as the pectorals, lats or quads. BIC3P and FF have those size arms and they are monsters. I've tipped 17" but that was whilst on C-mono so had some water retention.

Well i have been doing it for 2 years now with a lot of help from gym friends

As mentioned unless you're willing to prove it, which doesn't involve showing any scars you might be self conscious about, then I have no choice but to not believe you I'm affraid :)

Unless you're holding a lot of water or have dem der fatceps I just doubt it is all. (Unless you had help from gym friends sticking needles in your bum :p).

You're in good shape regardless and a great transformation anyways.

14.5 is still good, bit more work and 16" wouldnt be too far away ^^

At least a couple of years at a similar bodyfat tbh.

An 18 inch arm at under 13 stone? Are you 5'6?

There's an 18 inch arm. Compare it with the photo in the OP.

No wonder no one believes it. All you'd need to do is put on a vest / t-shirt and flex to prove you aren't talking crap, but you refuse.

I'm sure the reason is that you DON'T want to show off your 18 inch arms! :o

Thanks bud, if you look at most people that have been going to the gym for a good while 18" is a fairly normal number, ive met people with arms as big as legs, freaked the **** out of me but i didnt start throwing handbags at them for it lol..

Yes you've SEEN people with those arms, we have yet to see yours.

The world is going to end tomorrow, i have no proof but i said it so you have to believe it otherwise you're just trying to undermine any and everything else i have done.

if you look at most people that have been going to the gym for a good while 18" is a fairly normal number.

It really isn't unless you're going with jay cutler, arnie and ronnie coleman.

Was thinking about loose skin etc

It loses elasticity the older you get I believe

True, its easily avoided by loosing weight slowly to give your skin the chance to adjust. Also the use of moisturiser like bio oil or coco butter can also help.

As I said previously awesome results. Need more flattering pictures to do yourself justice though.

I'm absolutely still floored that you have 18" arms :( I'm uber jealous (though I don't train arms that hard so it's no surprise). I guess you might just be genetically lucky to have big arms and a small chest. Perfectly feasible, just lucky genetics! :D

Anyway, aside from dimensions of various muscle groups, your weight loss is and always will be impressive. Well done - clearly a lot of hard work.

Lol, so you don't care if we don't believe you. We don't care if you're lying. Hardly takes much effort to post "how about you show us some proper pics this time?", so don't go thinking we're foaming at the mouth in rage that you're not adhering to the bro' code! ;D oh well, could've been a decent thread, I suppose I'll leave it to the others to say well done.

P.S just do I don't seem bitter at all, all the best in your continual improvement, it really is more than a hobby! :)

Sod it...

Ok here's me at 19" (nearly....). Though I was carrying a bit more BF at the time and training and eating like a mother****er.

May I ask what age you are?

I am 42 and wondering if I am too old to get similar results

Im 43 and no you never to old

As for 18 inch arms my gym has 750 members and only about 4 people have over 18 inch arms including me, i got mine though heavy benching mainly tri-cep. So im in the club too.

Doing ok to as i just lost half a stone on my diet, as stated 18 inch arms aint easy by any means

And the reason why i dont do full body shots is because i have a huge 10" scar across my mid section which i dont really want to show people i dont actually know, it doesnt effect muscle definition but im kinda touchy about it, and thats it.

Is the scar from loose skin/tummy tuck?

Not trying to be funny, just curious as two whether losing over 10 stone in under 2 years required any surgery at all?

So this is were the Gun show is at... LOL

Very impressive transformation OP, wish you all the best.

Now show us your arms. :)
