Call of Duty: Black Ops

Had this for the ps3 for a few weeks (xmas present)now and must say im not impressed.

Single player is terrible for a start, but since its all about the multiplayer on COD now is guess it doesn’t matter much.

Multiplayer player is a lot better set up wise than COD4 but riddled with bugs that make it frustrating to play at times. The worst thing is the slight lag between players where you think you have seen a guy first and shoot but you die in 1 hit on your screen. After watching the kill cam from his view he has actually been shooting you for a little bit that hasn’t displayed on you screen.

Nat Type is another pain that randomly changes from OPEN to MODERATE even on DMZ settings, other games report OPEN always.
From reading the official forums I can see that im not alone but don’t understand how they could have mucked it up so much when other CODs run fine on my ps3, its practically the same thing!

Worst thing is ive always for full bars on ping aswell and it still does it lol.

Cheers for the invite Konvict! I was mid game, when I got out you were in game so I left it. I'll be on tomorrow day if anybody else is about.

I've had some cracking games tonight on domination, not lost a single game and got loads of personal bests, those are the sessions I like :p, I can only thank the AUG, its brilliant!
 
Just got this for the PS3 (got it on pc also) and quite impressed by the controls and how accurate you can be with the pad. Wasn't expecting it to be that accurate to be fair compared to a mouse lol. Sure its no where near the same but its a decent substitute. Still playing a few other games though before I really do start giving the multiplayer on this abit of a hammering
 
tried the new set up, but kind of having trouble with Ghost pro and ninja pro perks, stuck with ' destory sentry gun' for ghost pro, seems lyk nobody is using it and 2 backstab medals for ninja pro :@

Ak-47 + strela-3 .....anything in the sky goes boom :D

Edit : finally got ninja pro......sentry gun left

Use sentry gun yourself and throw the care package flare towards the enemy and then you can stab your sentry gun.
