VGA won't work, but HDMI will

Hi guys (New here) I have a problem. I have a tele which has VGA, which can be used for your PC. I use onboard graphics on a new H67 motherboard. I get no signal when connected to VGA, no picture, but when i try HDMI, it works :S Does anybody know how to fix this? It does recognise the VGA cable because when i put the HDMI and VGA in, i can change screen options on the resolution page. When i set it to LCD monitor, it still stays on HDMI.

Onboard graphics, and yeh i tried another VGA, still didn't work

Why would you want to use VGA over HDMI anyway? It's a crappy analogue signal with lower resolutions and no audio.

Vga's resolution is greater than 1080p so it doesn't really matter. Tv probably only has one hdmi port.

Is there some jumper or bios setting to tell the mobo to switch from hdmi to vga
