Because it is not exactly highly personal details, but yet will do absolute wonders to justify your 'mindset' and would be helpful to see just how much school conflicts change based on time and location.
Now here's where it get's a little bit complicated for some people.
Conclusion: there is a very good chance the offender in this case was black!
Now if you want me to post all the FBI/Met links again let me know.
- The USA violent crime rates by blacks is very close to the London violent crime rate for blacks.
- The USA is 13% black and London is 12% black.
- The FBI released extremely thorough numbers as a public service.
- The Met released extremely thin numbers (when forced by a journalist using the freedom of information act).
- We can compare the numbers and make educated guesses.
- For black murder victims in the USA there were 2,604 black offenders and 263 non-black offenders (probably mexicans TBH).
- In other words a back person is 10 times more likely to be killed by another black person than a non-black person.
- The chances that the offender was black, not knowing about the victim, is 50/50 according to the Met.
- The chances that the offender was black, given the victim was black is very high, according to the FBI.
Conclusion: there is a very good chance the offender in this case was black!

Eg: Romans come and settle over here. Have children etc, etc etc. 2000 years later, a descendant of one of those Romans is born.
By your logic, they shouldn't be considered British/English.
General statics sort of miss the point though.
What's the percentage of black people in the communities were these stabbings take place? I'll tell you right this second that it is a HELL of a lot higher than 6%.
London is a massive place. Not every area has the same demographics and not every area has a problem with violence, so pulling out those sorts of figures are meaningless.
