and they said there is a website new one launched today that can tell me how much crime and what type of crime has been commited on my street

anyone know what the website it please?

Most people don't seem to realise that a lot of the crap on that website is either old (to the point there's no need in knowing it) or geographically inaccurate.

Only for England and Wales.

Data that I can get from the Scottish equivilent is formatted differently and has a lot more information if would seem.

It is not easily pasted either.

I checked this site a few days back and thought how good my area was with hardly any crime.

Then about 30 minutes ago 4 or 5 sqaud cars turn up on the street along with an ambulance and the fire brigade... the street suddenly also fills up with people and there was all sorts of noise going on! All the crowds have been moved on but there are still police cars and everything else out there.

Ah well there goes our quiet street crime figures :rolleyes:

Clifton has a "high" crime rate. Lawrence Weston has a "below average" crime rate.
