How much does it cost to get 2004 Golf Front Bumper ? plus fitting ?

That doesn't look bad. I'd be more worried about the car being on it's roof.

Front bumper is about £50 - £100 on ebay, fit it yourself for free

Isn't most of the damage behind where the numberplate sits? Edit: just noticed its not your bumper, ignore
