Time to upgrade my good ole GTX 295

Hi guys, this is my first post as I'm after a little quick advice.
I love my GTX 295 but playing Medal of Honor gets the temp up to 100c so I have had to take the side case off which helps but I am thinking of upgrading to a newer Nvidia card that has better cooling.

What card would you recommend that runs cooler?

I went from a 295 to a 470 and noticed a drop in frame rates in MW2 and BFBC2, so i guess not.

I'd buy a can of compressed air, blast the dust out, buy an extra fan or two and you're sorted.

I came from stock sli gtx 275's, (pretty comparable to a gtx 295) to a single 470 gtx, at stock minimum frames were a lot better, lower maximums, however once overclocked the 470 showed a good improvement, since added a second as they were on a special offer a while back. If gaming at high res, eg 1920x1200 with a lot of details, id prefer the higher vram count of the 470.

Will certainly get a FPS boost from that, expecially when OC'd, i've got mine @930Mhz and it beats the 580 in most games.

Just a note on my last post, my 295 was watercooled and OC'd so that may mean you get a boost when you get a 470/560

Yes I'm using a stock 295. So looks like the 470 is a good choice.
What about thoughts on the 560 Ti range?

Might be worth looking into some better cooling.

Your GTX295 will still match/beat most sub £300 Nvidia cards.

+1 to above, GTX 295s are still more or less on par with things like GTX 480s, in everything barring minimum framerates. no point in upgrading if you don't really need to, is it struggling with anything, etc?
