my budget is quite possibly less than I thought. but due to starting my graphic design soon I need a compotent machine.

Get the 955be cpu, its £10 cheaper and can be turned into a 965be cpu very simply.

why do you want 4 120mm fans for? waste of money and not needed.

but will that PSU be enough power yeah and also that ram is 1600, will that be compatible with the FC MB?

psu is plenty, and has decent number of connectors on it, ram is compatible as it is rated UPTO 1600mhz, a AMD default ram speed is 1066mhz, so will just run at that speed out of the box, until you start fiddling in the motherboards BIOS.

and please tell me why the 4 120mm and 2 80mm fans are for? the case doesnt need them, and for the price of all those fans you can get a much better case!! you dont need the extension cable either.

only 90 day warranty if it bothers you on B grade stuff.

it will trade blows with the 1gb version of the gtx 460 but does need more power and runs a bit hotter.

ahh right, I thoght for cooling, but I doubt I will be doing much OC so I really not need them? What case would you recommend?

also will the 4GB ram be sufficient as it only allows one per buyer on the offers?

keep that case, nothing wrong with it, just doesnt need the fans.

4GB is plenty.

i'd go with the coolermaster hyper tx3 instead of the ac7 but all looks good apart from that

change the cpu to a 955be and save a £10

would the CPU fan handle the clock, or should I change to for instance the "tx3" as you say chipps?

the ac7 would handle the clock ok if your not overclocking, but when i changed from an ac7 to the tx3 when i had my unlocked phenom 550 i got a 7c drop in temps at load so i would go with the tx3 myself. or for about a quid more than the ac7 the hyper 212 plus is a much better cooler.

that would be a very nice machine

not sure about the length of the be quiet's cables so if your running the 8 pin up the back and through the hole at the top an extension may be required but can't see anything else.
