PR?
To get people on your friends list to shop at OCUK?
New marketing strategy imo.

Side note, though, why are we talking in $$$ ??
Sounds better than "Win a £600 CPU!". Weird one none the less.Clever marketing TBH ... this kind of money wouldn't even get you a page in a decent national mag. I've got to say it's actually quite a good angle, a lot of companies are looking at ways to utilise FB and twitter to maximise PR.

$1000 sounds better than £600![]()

Post a picture of myself or whatever holding those pics, on Facebook for every one of my friends to see and take the **** out of? No thanks.![]()
Once images are submitted to Facetardbook, you all know they then have the Copyright on such images right? You give ownership up when you submit. It's in their Terms and Conditions. Probably the same with Twitter. I'm not sure how things would work out with such a Competition.
Sign up for Facetardbook or Twitter? No thanks. Are OcUK getting kick backs or Private Information from these sites? Why would they want affiliation with them in such a way?
My fee is £3000
Below we have provided a few examples to help you understand how to apply the Promotions Guidelines:
You cannot: Condition entry in the promotion upon a user providing content on Facebook, such as posting on a Wall of a Page, uploading a photo, or posting a status update.
You cannot: Instruct people (in the rules or elsewhere) to sign up for a Facebook account before they enter the promotion.
