Ok, quick question. I bought a Asus Xonar Xense + Sennheiser PC350 bundle a few months ago, and one of the products has gone faulty.
But I tried to repair the headset (thinking that was the problem), it turned out it was the sound card.
Anyway, got to RMA both the headset and sound card back to OcUK. I just wanted to clarify about the warranty on bundles.
I should have two seperate warranties with each manufacturer, even if they are bundled together (in the same box). Is this correct? I just want to check where I stand.
So if the Sennheiser warranty is void (modified etc), this should unaffect the Asus warranty on the sound card?
I'm just getting my facts straight before I send this back to OcUK for RMA. If OcUK look at the headset, I know they will try and void the warranty because of the headset, and try and charge me and send it back.
But I am right to argue that the two products have seperate warranties?
