Seriously?!

Browse to the file on your PC, press "upload files" copy the link and paste it into your thread. If you can build a computer I'm quite sure you could have worked out

You use the browse function to upload the files you want then link to them on here using image tags e.g. [IMG ]www.yourpicturename.co.uk[/IMG ] but without the spaces in the tags or alternatively use the image icon (small yellow rectangle with what looks like two mountains in it) to put the tags in for you via a prompt.
