Raaaaghh! BC2 can be so annoying sometimes!

I was just having a pretty good long round, getting some decent points, won a couple of awards, and loads of repair pins... was going to be the final game before I thought about going to bed and it just crashes to desktop!

I know I've still got the awards/points etc but what an ant climax, call me sad, but I was looking forward to seeing the battle summary at the end. I had lost count of the number of pins I had won but I never got to see my final full score! FFS!!

I can't even rage quite as it has already sodding quit on my behalf!! :mad::mad:
 
Was playing on the noob server last night, guy had 28/6 K/D two other players with generally the same high K ratio were in the same clan. I chucked a grenade into a defence tower and went around the corner. I waited for him to come out and thus he ran out towards me. I shot him point blank range in the chest and face, about 20 times.

He stabbed me, i died, he walked off.

I moaned about the bloody hitbox, his response " Learn to Aim "

Played a round of rush last night on Oasis, joined a squad with 2 level 50 players. To cut a long round short, we won as the attacking team. I finished with 5900 combat score and third overall, my 2 team mates finished top, but I wasn't more than a few hundred points behind. At the end of the round one of my squad members calls me a moron. I asked why and he said I just kept firing, I have no idea what he meant, but I do know I spotted and repaired like a madman and killed 20 and died 6. Dunno what I did to qualify as a moron, but whatever it was surely it could have been forgiven based on a pretty good performance.

You're a moron because you were firing your gun? Hmm... Unless you were running around shooting at inanimate objects I don't see what the problem would be.

I had some guy last night having a moan at me because I didn't revive him. He spent the rest of the round either shooting me or using the repair tool on my face.

Previously to this I even went to the expense of finding a medic kit on the floor in order to revive him! If I see anyone dead, I always try to revive them unless they are too far away/too dangerous. The chances are that I just genuinely didn't see him. I just loled. Ahh well, its expected from time to time.
 
I usually contemplate for a second before picking up another kit, as i don't really want to lose the configuration i chose, but sometimes i have no choice.
 
I think I may use the motion sensor a lot.

This is considering I only got BC2 in the Steam Christmas sale and only played as assault to start with.
 
I've had this game for over 6 months but at first only played till Rank 3 or 4. This last couple of weeks i've upped it to rank 12 now.

And I just discovered that the knife can be accessed with middle mouse and grenade with f, i thought i had to unlock them. :o

Oh and motion mines are good, well worth it. Got all the sniper and vehicle unlocks now. Just got the new rocket launcher too, think im gonna stick with engineer for a bit and get that last rocket launcher then get the assault unlocks. Hate assault by the way, just not that easy to get kills as it is with sniper/engy or medic.
