Custom T-Shirts

I'm looking for some advice, I need to create a T-Shirt with an image on it which I have in *.svg format. I can only find one website that lets me do this but when I add the image to the shirt the proce jumps from £11.99 to £56.49 :eek:

Does anybody know a good online company for create customer t-shirts that allow the upload of scalabe vector graphics and don't cost a fortune? Everywhere else I have seen seems to only allow jpeg uploads which i don't want as I don't the image to be pixelated after printing it on the T-Shirt.

Last time I made a custom shirt I just went to smithies and bought some of those printable iron-on sheets, worked a lot better than I was expecting.

Yeah I have used them before might give it another go, was looking for something online that I could then just have them post it to the person that I need to get it.

I've used spreadshirt.net in the past, they do not allow .svg, but you can create a large .png from the vector and if needed downsize it.

Can you not convert the svg to an eps?

/edit Or yea, make an over-sized copy of the image and send that so they have to shrink it.

Not sure why that website quoted you so much. I put this image on to a tshirt and it costs me no where near that much. It came out realy well as well. i made it transparent and picked the colours.

You're strange..

Just convert it to an oversized png like suggested.

Or contact the company and send them a psd/pdf/eps.

Done?

I seem to remember it took some time to get the right size, as a massive image uploaded to them seem to come out rather small on the pre design image.

The image looks small on the actual design, but when wearing it, it looks right.

The more complex the design (image) the more expensive it is going to be. If they have to do more than one layer to get the image that will cost more. You won't find it any cheaper. What is the image?
