So exactly where dies "UK Uncut" think money should be saved? You know to pay for the debt the countries in. A debt not just caused by bankers but previous UK Govs overspending.

Oh I know the bankers. It's cool to hate the bankers. If we tax the bankers then every old person cab have a care home place & every library will be open all day and no jobs will be lost.

Meanwhile in reality...

Name me three Tory ministers who are upper class. Go.

Depends what you mean by "upper class" and "ministers" but these three all hold ministerial appointments:
James Sassoon (Baron Sassoon), Frederick Curzon (7th Earl Howe) and Oliver Eden (8th Baron Henley). There are lots.

but they are still a bunch of greedy fat cats avoiding billions in taxes, that if paid would mean that we wouldnt be having this regime of shameful cuts, because of the so called "financial situation" = tory ideology to keep poor, poor and rich, rich

Hmm, the current coalition has been in power for lets see, less than 12 months.

What exactly did the last Government that was in power since 1997 (that is 13 years I believe) do about all this tax avoidance?

Osbourne - Trust Fund
Cameron - heatherdown, Eton, oxford
Hague - Private School, Oxford

I could go on IDS - Sandhurst and private school.

I think the sheer amount of trust funds and eton/oxford graduates in the cabinet makes them upper class, plus the fact they are all from rich families and millionaires

errr did i not just say this in the above post. or did you conveniently forget that bit LOL

'oh and for the record labour were no better, they also failed to regulate the banks sufficiently'

So going to Oxford makes you upper class?

yes if like the majority of the current cabinet you got there on the basis you were coming from eton or similar private schooling.

We are clearly not talking about your average student getting into oxford on merit are we, because they are few and far between

So let me get this straight... You believe going to Eton gives you a right to study at Oxford, regardless of A-Level abilities. Is that what you're saying?

I think it's wonderful that so many young people have galvanised themselves to highligh this issue that affects so many of us. Unlike the deficit deniers they realise that we can't go on allowing corporations and the super-rich to avoid paying what they ought to. "We're all in this together"? Yeah right, the cuts in front line services and regressive tax rises are designed to put the burden on the poorest people in society while it will be champagne time in the city.

where did i say that

but i bet it helps the likes of cameron, osbourne etc get the education that daddy paid for

as far as I can tell uncut is mostly middle class people, who clearly pay taxes and students who are the next generation of tax payers, how exactly is that not putting back into society , or are you of the view that everyone needs to do PPE and be a banker or a tory to contribute to society?

It’s a faceless organisation without any names or affiliations whose sole intention is to demonstrate and cause disruption to those trying to conduct their business and generate wealth for our economy. These people are not contributing anything at all and by their actions and causing more harm than good.

Clearly we have a group of people who are not intelligent enough to see that they are being manipulated into this action by a faceless organisation. Thankfully we’ll never see any of them in any position of power in this country.

You said it there so put your roll eyes away.

Infact you even go on to say that they didn't get there on merit. Seriously, are you aware of what you write or do you just mash the keyboard red faced screaming "I HATE TORIES!!!111"

I know some people who went on these protests. All of them had jobs, mostly office-based roles at charities.

I think they're targeting their campaign against the wrong people though. Tax avoidance is legal. They should be campaigning against the government to close the loopholes, rather than against the people rich enough to exploit them.
