Needs a spoiler indeed but such an improvement over the hatch which looked more like a Kia C'eed than a rally car!

It actually looks better than the saloon (we don't have sedan's in Britain) that Gibbo borrowed. Sorry, the hatch is pretty ugly, but the saloon variant of the current model is hideous.

From the A pillar backward the saloon WRX looks a lot like an E90.

The spoiler is now a cost option on the STi, but at least you can still get it on the MY11 saloon.

For what its worth the car only has 300 bhp not 330.. unless it had been mapped or something? I know you turned traction control off, but did you turn off stability control too? Took me ages to find the little hidden button but it made the back end action easier.

Nope this had 330BHP, the general manager of the dealership who's car it was said it had been tweaked too 330BHP / 340Lb/Ft along with Spec C upgrades.

Yes hold the button in and it turns orange on the dash.

Interesting. Well the Spec C upgrades are now standard on that model.. so he didn't do those. Did he detail what tweaks he had done? But yes I agree they are far too slow. Although I much would prefer to have its gear ratios on mine as they suit higher power better.
