Test Drive 2 has been released & is available to download on steam

I called plays helpline and got to speak to an Indian woman with an accent like my mothers, but I had to ask for just about every line to be repeated because I couldnt make anything out :x

Stupid failure ears of mine. She said that she passed a message on and to give them until monday to email the codes to me.

instead of /coupon. I enter my code and "You are activating: Ford Shelby GT 500". What gives? I ordered from Game and want my Veyron!

I'm sorry that the servers are still experiencing intermittent outages.

Our developers are still hard at work troubleshooting the reported issues. I'm going to let them take a look at it for a few hours, then I will return back with all the updates I can in approximately 7 hours, at 12:00 PST (2000 GMT). During this time you may continue to experience intermittent outages with online play, and issues redeeming pre-order vehicles. We are getting these issues fixed as quickly as possible. Ok, I called again and this time I definitely got a lady who knew about it. She knew that they had been sent out between wednesday - thursday and didnt know why I wouldnt have recieved mine, but she said it might be because I had ordered on tuesday and she would check if they had any codes left. She put me on hold for significantly longer then the first person had done, and then said that I should recieve then within 24-48 hours.

I told her that someone else who had ordered on tuesday as well recieved his codes this morning, and she said that they had actually been sent out wednesday - thursday so didnt know why people were recieving them today or hadnt recieved them.

This sounds a bit more promising this time, fingers crossed.

I hope it comes tomorrow or I'll get a refund from Play (never buying from them again) and buy it off steam since I've already redeemed the codes

sounds like ill just get a refund then because i certainly dont want it without dlc. they shouldnt still have it listed as "with pre order bonuses" if they arent sending out codes still or might not have any left
 
believe its in the faq that you have to discover it before you can use it, assuming you do have the dlc anyway, but you should have had to bind a code to your atari account to activate the dlc i believe, no code for this, no casino

Yeah I got 2 codes, one was a serial used to install aswell and one was a multiplayer code. Entered one on the atari site and it gave me a Shelby, the other one has apparently already been activated now... gonna go and see if I get get in the casino..

Eugh.. can't play anyway because the TDU2 servers aren't available apparently. -.-

PC

* Online Play – Online with intermittent outages
* DLC Purchasing – Online
* Pre-Order Code Redemption - Online
* Pre-Order Casino Code Redemption -Online
* Getting pre-order cars and Casino in-game - Some users are reporting that their cars don't show up in the Used Car Dealer after the code is redeemed. If this affects you, try playing the game in Offline Mode to see if the cars show up.
* Casino Access - Online with intermittent outages
* Clubs - Offline to fix an exploit


Issues Being Investigated:

* Manual Unavailable - Some users have reported that the PC install did not come with a PC manual. We're working on a solution for customers affected by this issue.
* Changing your account password locks out your profile - This has been escalated for investigation.
* Can't take off sunglasses? -Some users are reporting that they can't remove certain clothing items. If this affects you please post here.
* Disappearing friends list? - This is an intermittent issue with the server. Sometimes the friends service will go down briefly, but your friends are not lost.
* Wheel control issues? - Wheel control issues will be tackled once the major service items are smoothed out.
* Non-Functioning Car in Used Car Dealer - There is a Lancia-looking car with purple wheels in the Used Car dealer (purple wheels). Do not purchase it, it may negatively affect your game. We are working on getting this fixed ASAP.


Resolved Issues:

* Some users did not receive a GT500 bonus code - Should be able to claim your bonus here using your SECUROM code: www.testdriveunlimited2.com/redeem.
* Wrong car image for Ferrari GTB China Ed. - This is fixed now. The correct car image now appears.
* Amazon not listed at /redeem - This should be resolved now.
* The build title contains "QA" and "Review" - Known issue. Future versions should no longer contain the inaccurate label of "QA," but as expected the disc name will remain the same for the near future as they have already been printed.
* Version Discrepencies - This is working as designed for the moment. Depending on where and how you get the game, you will be provided with a different version number. While the version numbers differ, the game is identical. Future patches should bring all games to a unified version number.
