I'm single and wants to go holiday can you choose for me?

First let me explain my situation... I booked a holiday 1 month ago to Fuerteventura with my girlfriend. 2 weeks later we broke up and now have to cancel it losing out on £177 deposit. I’m now single and is looking to go on holiday on my own (could go with friends but choose to be individual) and wants to go somewhere hott with things to do at the beach such as jet skiing, scuba diving and other fun stuff as well as good night life but not too crazy. Could somebody recommend me a good destination for someone like me? I’m 23 years old if this helps and i can raise £800 by June :D
 
Benidorm in Spain worth a mention -

Within driving distance you have :-

Alton Towers style theme park
Water parks
Nightlife
go-karting etc

Within walking distance -

Markets/Shops of all types
Beaches with all the activies you want plus a water skiing thing that doesn't require you get pulled by a boat, so good for first timers etc (some sort of weird pulley system out at sea running on cables lol)
Nightlife a plenty, not exactly sure how good, but it will cater for all im sure
English/Irish sports bars a plenty if you just fancy a quiet one etc

Pretty cheap too as far as im aware.
