Ever had to sign and date something on your Birthday?

I had something through the post today that made me chuckle, whoever had posted it must have been celebrating a 25th Birthday on Tuesday just gone as they did the exact same thing I always end up doing when signing and dating anything on my Birthday.

Does anyone else trip up like this too? Or do some of you have absolutely no clue as to what I'm talking about?
