Just a question, but it really are they allowed to do that. Is it not a form of harassment.

I just accept it now and let it auto-incorrect my flawless grammar, its like a form of textual graffiti
 
Sending a text is hardly harassment.

However, questioning someone's sickness record has to be done pretty carefully if you don't want to get in trouble.
