Got given one of these as a hire car in the states, was only the V6 version with little wheels and the handling was pretty average but damn it looked good in black.

For me, I reckon the 1998-2002 Jaguar XJR is just about perfect. Low, wide and long - perfect proportions.

I Prefer a more Modern car, i'd say a Lamborghini Murcielago, Bently Supersports, Aston Martin One-77 or something along them lines

Got to be the Lamborghini Miura for me.
While lots of modern cars look amazing, none of them have the elegance of the Miura.
Just something about it that is timeless.
