delivery

hi all

i orderd a new cpu cooler on the 6th of febuary its now the 12th

i picked royal mail 2nd class for delivery my parcel was shipped on monday

anyone got any ideas when it will be here i mean i pay for the delivery but it takes ages

is there a way to check if its been signed for

it wont be the first time the postmans left a parcel at a neighbors only yesterday he left a parcel with a neighbor and never left a card or anything to say where he left it happens a lot round here

got to say though ocuk has quite a shabby delivery service last time i payed £10 for next day delivery only to recieve it 5 days later

Never had any problems with delivery myself, always got them next day (and with free shipping!).

I think your actual complaint should be with the royal mail if you're getting impatient, but you did order it second class.

3 things.

1.you did use 2nd class and can take a bit longer,in future use another quicker service.

2.this is not the place to ask,ocuk do have a phone number on the main page.

3.your sig is to big,please sort it out before a mod see's it and gives you a warning.

Please show where we are being *********, You are acting like an immature 4 year old.
4 Line signature is the rules. Some guy was telling you that because otherwise you get a warning and hopefully you can change it before you get in trouble. But no, storm off on one.

sorry ive had a very stressful day you know how it is

i never new the sigs had a 4 line limit thought that guy was being a **** saying it was to big i will change it now

its just ive had quite a few parcels deliverd to neighbors and i never get a card through the door telling me where it is and i dont trust some of my neighbors

At what point in the order does OCUK register a charge on the card

No need to swear or throw around abuse, we are all here to help each other out.

As regards to Royal Mail 2nd Class this can usually take anything from 2-5 days to be delivered, usually it is within that time frame however it is not a guaranteed delivery. - All we can advise is to hold on tight and you will eventually receive the parcel, if you do not then we action a claim form with Royal Mail and then take it further.

Nothing to worry about though, sometimes they can take a little bit longer.

As regards to payment, the payment is taken when the order is placed, so soon as you click on the confirm order button the transaction is made.
