My bits have arrived!!! Excited!

Good news... everything has arrived and the guy from DPD even waited until I'd checked the case for any damage...so all credit to them.

Great packing and delivery from OC. No point in looking elsewhere with level of service!

Wooo... I must say, I do like the look of the case (Akasa Raptor) ... looks far better than many commercial cases ( Hp etc) so, very pleased with my choice!
I had hoped to get started building today but the other half expects me to take her out for a meal and a movie tonight! Something about Valentines, whatever that is LOL.
So, I'll be starting in the morning and no doubt seeking advice.
 
OK...will take the pics tomorrow before I start!
Now I have to go out and do this romance thing she keeps on about...table is booked for 8.00pm!
You'd think that after nearly 8 years of living together she'd have got over that by now LOL.

Typical woman...doesn't she realise that a way to a man's heart is through his computer!
 
Well that's the romantic bit over - done my bit for another year LOL...now for an early night and then up in the morning to start the build!
 
Hope you enjoy your build man! I got most of my parts today(stupidly forgot something crucial... :p) and almost finished building it tonight. Felt great to get it done and close the case up, so fully finishing a build must feel even better :D

Well it's my first go at building one but I'm sure I can count on the guys on here if I get stuck!
 
Yeah you can count on these guys! Was my first build as well, ran into a few problems and got lots of help from everyone. Wouldnt have attempted to build one myself if I wasnt on these forums :p

Well from what I've seen so far, in future I won't be shopping around for any bits I need... I'd rather have the OC wealth of knowledge at the end of the keyboard than maybe saving a few quid here and there.
