Where does one start.
Sick of seeing superdry, bench, goi goi, Ben Sherman, Armani, Polo and all the other common seen brands trotted out to the masses via the likes of Asos etc.
You go out on night and everyone is wearing the same crap.
How does one distance yourself from the commoner, yet not look like you're trying too hard. :D
At the other end of the scale I don't want to look like I just stepped off a catwalk with some "out there" design. :o

Just wear regular shirts colourful, one's without any logos or tat plastered on them.

That's what I do, I'm not some sort of billboard for companies.

Mix it up, tweed jacket with funky Tee and jeans?
Stay away from all dark shades, add a colour shirt, colour scarf.
Don't buy clothes with big logos, you can still buy a Superdry coat without screaming the brand.

You are jot trying to look "different" but sharp. If you look sharp, then you will stand out.

In before the 'Nothing wrong with Primark jeans - 7 pairs for a tenner' brigade.

To be fiar, if you are smart over what you buy in Primark you can actually get some interesting looking jeans there.

I really like the part shiny ones I got from there, should have bought more of them!

I have some £8 Primark Jeans, nothing wrong with them.

Its how you combine the rest of the outfit that makes the difference.

I'm beginning to shop at US based stores, I also find myself sick of G-Star, Henley's, etc. I'm also steering away from cheap clothes, I've always found them too bland. The jeans to my taste are usually around or over £100, t-shirts around £30-£40, jackets around £80-£120.

I really don't think that getting the OP to dress like a hipster is good advice.

I really get annoyed by the people with hate for Cheap clothes, if you can't tell the difference why does it matter what the price is? I can bet that the designer clothes are 90% profit while cheap tat is 90% material 10% profit.

I agree.

For instance

That is close to my everyday dress, some jeans (I think those may actually be Primark in fact) and a nice shirt (that one is what a Korean buddy brought be back from when he was back home - apparently creased was a style phase in South Korea  but I like it)

Fact is that cheap clothes are probably 90% profit aswell, hence they are poor quality.

Cheap clothes are fine if they fit well - an awful lot of them don't though.
