Nvidia GTS 450 Sound?

I have just upgraded from a Palit 9800GT 512mb to a Palit GTS450 1024mb Sonic OC Edition.
Only problem is, with this new card my headphones don't work. I remember there being a lead going to my board from my old card, but none on this one.
Anyone have any idea if this can be fixed?

I think this one may output sound through HDMI. does ur new card have a sound output at all?

It outputs through HDMI, but my old one output through HDMI and it had a cable going to my motherboard which allowed me to use the audio port.

No, with my GTX 460 and Rewaltek onboard i have nothing cable wise connecting the motherboard to the graohics card and i still get pass through sound through HDMi.

you need to make sure all drivers are installed properly and that in your sound settings you have chosen the correct device to output through...

I get sound through the HDMI, it's the audio jack that doesn't work...

Maybe the OP knocked it out of place during installion? I have done that several times when tidying cables etc.

I have just realised I didn't update my drivers and am still using 9800GT drivers, I will try an update now
