ye i saw my aston martin carbon black in used dealer.. now its filled with beetle/v8buggy/pink stang and no aston.. so i guess unless i take them 3 from the garage i won't see my aston and i couldn't afford it back then cos it costs close to 300k.

Indeed. I made the mistake of getting the Pink Mustang which funnily enough I won the first cup with. I've left my 4x4 and Lotus (up to now). Wasting cash on houses is pointless - I save for the Casino/better cars.

do you get any money for that race to win the pink mustang? i keep rejecting the challenge, instead i brought a Viper ST10, for 96k i was able to hit 200MPH, looking to buy the bagatti Vyron
When configuring the controller, it wont let me use the analogues on either control pad which i have. Maybe its the pads? i have a saitek p3200 and another saitek pad. hardly any of the controls seem to be allowing me to use them. is it the pads? how much would i have to pay for an xbox pc controller

My OCD for perfectionism made me start again because I accidentally finished an A7 high match with silver and couldnt replay it for the cash prize :x
I got better coloured preciouses this time, and tuned them all before the chalenges, but I messed up on trying to paint my Lancia to match the others

I hate red though, I need silver, black, lime green or aqua cars! I find green, yellow and blue boring, but like the in between colours.

Can you choose auto-detect from the control menu? I just did this with the 360 controller and chose it now it auto set all my controls, maybe this might enable the analogues on your controller?
I'm using a 360 controller with the wireless extender which by my guess would be around £30-40 then a wired controller about £20?
Didnt help that there closed Beta proccess was shoddy and badly organised. Anyone who was in it will know. No schedule for beta tests, no notification when they did put the server up. Basically, no real testing.

I was getting that too. I reinstalled my graphics drivers and it stopped. It seemed like not having enough Vram at first, but after I did a driver reinstal, the game is running fine at 50+ FPS fully maxed out at 1920x1200 and 8x AA, so a 1 Gb card is fine for this game.

I know, I was one of the betatesters too.
The game has been unfinished and it's evident with the final release too, expect a lot of patches, not necessarily in a short time.
No mate, choosing auto connect on either of my controllers doesnt even find them. i might just buy a xbox controller me thinks. seen one for 17£ online.
I recently upgraded my Saitek P2500 to a wireless Xbox 360 controller, and words cant describe how much of an upgrade it was!
The Saitek pads are rubbish in comparison. I suppose that were good back in their day, but you really ought to ditch the Saitek for a 360 controller.
I actually got mine from Play as well even though I hate them because they were the only place selling the black wireless one. It was £29.99, which is a bit more than what OCUK charge for the white one:

I'd really advise getting the wireless, being able to play from a distance without a wire constantly getting caught in your chair legs is is brilliant for < £30 on such a good controller.
I also wish I could get some cheap wireless headphones comparable to my Creative HS 800s to go with it, but wireless headphones cost far too much.
Play got two purchases from me in the last few weeks because no where else had the wireless 360 controller for the PC in Black, and they were the only place still offering the pre order bonuses for this game, but they have been soooo unbelievably crap with the pre order codes and delivery every time that it just makes me hate them more and more.
