Lots of people commute that distance without doing any business miles - heck a few years ago I was doing that in the 530i!

Only a grand more from the same dealer?
not a lot of miles tbh.
but as for the OP as long as the car has decent history and has been well looked after(which it will most likely its been a rep car and has been replaced at 5 yr old) i wouldnt expect any problems with it.
If you were to go for it, I was looking for civics a couple of months ago and that was for sale then - you could probably get a pretty decent discount off it.

Won't need one.
i hope to take off few hundreds pounds from the asking price.
i've seen 14k-40k mileage with same spec but they cost like £6.5k..i could use that money to buy a new laptop.
yeptrue if history is good i think its worth it.

I'm on 196k and my car doesn't chuck up big bills
I'm on 196k and my car doesn't chuck up big bills - keep on top of maintenance and it'll be fine. Just expect things like bushes to need replacement occasionally.
You would be mental to pay that price for that car.
Not because of any real mechanical concerns, but you will get nothing at all back for it when you want to change, its a dead end for you with no value.
Find a different example for the sake of your wallet.
Whats the difference between spending 3k more and getting 4k back when you sell it and buying that and getting a grand back?
