850HX for mulitiple GTX 580's

Ok new psu it is then as I'm overclocked to 4.8Ghz and I will have a total of 5HDD AND 1SSD.

what psu would you recommend?
Baring in mind I will be adding a 3rd 580 in the summer.

Itll be fine and if it isnt just buy a new PSU if it isnt.

It chucks out 70amps on a single rail which will be more than enough. Ive just ordered one my self to load up with Crossfire in the summer.

If you're planning to go Tri-SLI in the future you might as well purchase a new PSU now.

Either of these two:

As of my own measure, the wall meter shows 307W for my 4.5GHz i3 530 + single GTX580 running 3DMark Vantage. It's not guaranteed to be accurate, just for reference. imo 850W should be sufficient for 2-way 580 SLI but it'll be close to the edge.

Did mine the other day with Furmark and Prime running I was pulling 500w from the mains.

Spec in sig.
