FOX news caught manipulating the news!!

Wasn't there a court case recently whose outcome was that Fox News didn't have an obligation to report events truthfully as it was an entertainment product?

did they not just play completely the wrong audio?
i.e. the entirety of last years audio.
I'd never defend fox, but it seems like a **** up rather than manipulation.
ah, the second video makes it more obvious.

They are meant to report what happens, not manipulate it.

You're new to this News lark, aren't you? All news outlets have agendas, and all (at the very least) pick and choose the "facts" they present to get across their particular view. Some go further, and distort, some go further still and just make it up. Given what the tabloids (and on occasion the "quality" papers) get up to, it's a still forward to beat Fox: the Sun has done worse in the past for starters.

Fox News is good for controversy and generally a good giggle (especially when they invite actual intelligent people on the show to chat with O'Reilly.)

I don't even count Fox as news anyway so it's not really annoying to see this at all.

Hanlon's razor.

"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence."

Do you have proof of malicious intent?

Answer: No you don't.
