To be fair to them, they are actually doing a lot to iron out the bugs and such, a lot quicker than TDU1, if they can keep this up, within a couple of weeks we should have a fairly stable and playable game.

As for me, well depsite the handling issues and controller woes, im enjoying it, got 100% road discovery on Ibiza 1 and 2 and finished all the races, just mopping up the jigsaw bits then ill be moving to island - be interesting to see how much it has changed from TDU1.

Ha 24 hrs to test the fixes. Thats redicuously low time frame to fully test fixes imo. Their just wasting money if they do this as if something does mess up after they send the patches to the console makers to get their patches through them which costs a lot im led to believe, then its a waste of money if they have to do more than 1 patch (for consoles).

Every time i go to buy the first car (The Lancia) the save logo flashes up and then the game just freezes on the car, but i can still access the pause menu etc. Just the game wont progress, and it wont save so i have to start again.....

Tried verifying the files, no dice, so i'm going to re download it.... Hope it works...

I've got a million bucks saved up so how about a spending spree ? - maybe a new car - Something that will win the A1 (cheaply) ?

Not sure about real estate - property prices are not great at the moment.

I've got a GTR which won me the A2 - Not bothered with any of the other tourneys. Won the A7 - A6 in progress with a TTS - The other 2 cars I have are a golf and a Touran.

No it doesnt look like it. It would be great though to be able to sell custom painted cars.

I also just noticed that I have black bars at the top and bottom of my screen when playing at 1920x1200 :x

Did anyone on the beta team get a voucher of the release version or anything? I didn't get so much as an email to say thanks, and they closed the beta forum.

Not particularly bothered, just any other developer I've tested for in the past has always gone some way to saying thanks for the time taken to test their product.

we got ingame clothing i have a jacket which says "team beta tester" or some such on the pack and another item with a big B for beta on the front

got a thank you email about it earlier aswell

Funny that they give out so many bonus jackets for your avatar, yet you cant walk around in third person view to see it lol!

The one I got with my Play preorder is easily the best black suit jacket you can have in this game, but can I see it? Only if theres a mirror, or I go to the changing room, or bring up the emote menu.

i swear end or one of the buttons from the "6 button set" on keyboard allow 3rd view.

there are various filters you can cycle relating to single player challeges, mp challenges, car related, avatar related, stuff like that, they are displayed in the top left corner of the map screen, the houses and casino are on the avatar related tab, cant remember its exact name
