For about two years now I have been taking iSatori H-Blocker Details Here. I only take one serving on training days, roughly 3 - 4 times a week. It says you should cycle it, I guess mainly for best results so your body doesn't get used it it. However I have never felt the need to cycle it as I get amazing boots and pumps out of it, it really is the best supplement I have ever used.
Over the last two years I have probably had about a total of 2 - 3 months break from it, apart from that i have been pretty much taking it as describe above.
Am I doing myself any harm by taking this like said. Harm in terms of stomach etc. Does anyone have any experience with this or any knowledge?
