How often do you service your car?

Once a year, doubt I will get anywhere near the mileage it's meant to be serviced at.

Had it 7 months or so and done 2.5k.

As per mileage and official intervals, to within a thousand miles. Done by an independent specialist. Also have an oil change done and a quick check-over every five thousand miles (proper intervals are ten thousand). Done by mileage because I do about six thousand miles a year.

Mine are classic cars so get regular checks on the normal things like water and oil, then a good going over once every 6 months.

Oil is the major thing, As per manufacturer guidlines, or every 12 months. Which ever comes first.

That said, if the oil is still clean, by visual check of dipstick, and filler cap, then I dont see to much harm in letting it slide a bit.

I do my oil every 6k/6 months, spark plugs are fancy NGK ones which last 40k miles, but I will do them when they hit 15. Got performance panel filter so will clean it at some point but it hasn't been in long.. fuel filter is new, coolant is new etc etc so I'm a bit chopped up with servicing but it's all done regularly regardless, I've changed most things on my car inc all fluids :)

For my dailies - no servicing - they are old bangers and I just run my dailies into the ground (Scorpio Cosworth and Lexus LS400). Actually, I think I might have topped up the screenwash and coolant on the Scorp a month ago.

Westfield gets an oil and filter change once a year + re-oiling of the intake filter + visual inspection. Might ddo the brake fulid this summer. It's only two years old so wont be due anything major for years.
