Could anyone identify the make/model of this car?

Whatever it is the lad did a good job of smashing the living crap out of it, How did he survive ?
 
Well he whacked it on the eastside of Gibraltar, which is a well known point for speeding cars at night. He's probably got past the final sleeping policeman, caned it within an inch of its life, lost control at some point, broken the flimsy concrete "barriers" all along the walkway, and rolled, slowly, down to where it ended up. It's right beside a parking area where the equivalent of yer Chavs hang out.

10/10 for effort. Well known spot for this kind of idiocy to happen.

Edit - And no, it's not legal to drive at 16 here.
 
First thought was Montego estate :D but it could be an old Peugeot 405 estate too?

The side trim is more like the peugeot than the Subaru:

Looks like its a left Hooker,I'm not sure if Montego's were exported in LHD form tbh.

That said, I don't think its a Montego!
