Had to RMA a few items, and the day they received them they shipped them back out with replacements. Stunning turnaround so thanks OCUK for that.

Got my system back up and running again which is nice! Other sites I have used, their RMA time has been exceedingly long, I remember a long time ago I used a site to order some RAM from, one stick was faulty (honestly, it seems like you have a 50/50 chance for a ram stick to be bad!) sent it back, and I didn't get it for another 2 weeks.

So yeah, no 'point' to this thread other then to say Thankyou : )

Shop talk IS allowed, read the FACK!

Threads about ordering, or customer service queries have to be in the relevant sub forum, that's all.

They have to be in the relevant, private subforums because the shop talk isn't allowed.
