So you do question and judge what the Qu'ran says, you do not blindly accept a literal meaning of the words but interpret them yourself, instead of relying on an Imam or scholar to do it for you.

Well to be honest whatever a bad thing a Muslim does, its flamed to **** by the media branding us all terrorists/bad people etc.

Why is it that I've never heard a story in the media regarding a Muslim doing something good for anyone.

I keep pointing out I'm Muslim because I'm proud of my beliefs and faith. Just because a few people who are brainwashed *****, doesn't mean were all like that.

I wouldn't say I judge what the Quran says but I wouldn't blindly accept what an Imam / scholar say because many can interpret the Quran out of context as well.

I would need some evidence before I would believe what an Imam or Scholar would says.

Sorry if that doesn't make sense. It very difficult to explain exactly what I mean.

Just look at halal meat and that it is everywhere. It is a slow painful death, it is also violating English law.( You cannot kill meat for religious reasons, but we take a blind eye to it)

It can't be a painful death for the animals as we always cut the nerves so the animal doesn't feel any pain while its dying.

There are many different sects of Islam. You have the Sunnis and Shias as you know, then there are Wahabis, which are the people in Saudi and there are some others also. But those are the Main three.

Ontop of all that, you have culture of countries coming into play. Islam is fabricated a lot, seems like there's always something getting added to it, not all Muslims are the same if you go into very great detail. As some believe in something and others don't.

Yes we all believe in one God and that the Prophet Muhammed was his messenger (pbuh). And yes we all have go to Mecca to perform the Hajj and Umra pilgrimages, minimum once in our lifetime.

It's difficult to question and even think for yourselves as others are always doing it for you. When it's Eid in the UK, there always seems to be two Eids, why is that? That is because some choose to go with the Saudis and others choose not to.
