Upgrading to a i5 SandyBridge, but not too sure what motherboard I should get. Only requirements are that it supports crossfire and some slight overclocking.

I'm not after squeezing every inch of power out of the CPU, but don't want to leave it standard as they clock so easily.

Was also thinking of getting this RAM while it is on offer: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-222-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1517

Any ideas on motherboard, and is the RAM a good buy while it's on offer?

Edit: I don't mind spending more on RAM if it's much better as it's so cheap for 12800 RAM anyway

Don't want to spend more then £200 on the motherboard and obviously the cheaper the better. Anything else that's in stock as I wanted to order it soon!

No good.

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16)
* For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16 slot.
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4)
* When the PCIEX1_2 or PCIEX1_3 slot is populated with an expansion card, the PCIEX4 slot will operate at up to x1 mode.

Im looking at a SB setup and have 4 boards in mind:

Asus P8P67 PRO Intel P67

Gigabyte P67A-UD4 Intel P67

MSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67

Asrock P67 Extreme 6 Intel P67 (This has 6X 6GB ports). Asrock are also offering a extra 1yr warranty because of the SB messup which is good i think

I would prefer either the Gigabyte or the Asrock but thats out of stock.

Sorry to the OP for hijacking :)

Just wait a while they will come back in stock kmufc77

That could be a while due to the new REV,i will more than likely get a new system this week while i can get a half decent price on my current setup.

Im more comfortable with getting a Gigabyte tbh and ive had a fair few of there boards and they are always solid performers, havent had much experience with Asus just the one Mobo and never had a Asrock or MSI board, but the Asrock boards do seem to be more than excellent from what ive read.
