Ive submitted an RMA application for an SSD on sunday but havent heard back from Corsair yet,does anyone have any experience with there RMA process. Should they have got back to me by now or is this normal?
I had to send back 2 PSUs, Took maybe 3 days for them to get back to me with RMA number. Once I dispatched the psu which cost a fortune as they recommend sending using a fully tracked parcel, Post Office to their office, which wasn't easy with ParcelForce anyway as they only seemed to track to when it leaves the UK and that was it(lady in PO was old though so maybe she just didn't know. Anyway my psu was back to me both times within a week of me posting it. With both my postage charges put together I could have bought a new PSU Like you say though an SSD is a different bag of goldfish.
Sending it insured up to the value of a replacement/tracked/signed for with RM may well be over a tenner. I think that's pretty high - not as bad as the PSUs though as you say.
