GTX 560 Ti Temps

Hmm, i have the MSI 560ti and it has 40% minimum fan speed. Do some get the card with 30% out from the box, how so?

My EVGA and MSI Cyclone GTX 460 768MB both came with 30% fan speed.

Every Gigabyte card I've owned has come with minimum 40% fan speed. I've always edited the bios to 30% fan speed.

There is a Windows based Gigabyte tool that enables you to save and flash your bios if you don't want to use nvflash.

You need to edit bios with nibitor 6.1.

I've only had the card for two weeks and it's showing artefacts with games, atitool and occt. I believe the factory overclock is unstable. Should I rma or wait for a bios update as I believe others are having similar problems?

Dont think bios update helps here. First thing to check is your gpu drivers. Then the temps with afterburner for example while running occt or furmark etc. If you havent overclocked your gpu and it has problems running stability tests out of the box, i would consider asking for a replacement card.

I have msi 560ti overclocked to 960mhz with the afterburner and memory to 2200mhz leaving the core voltage default. ran all sorta of stability tests etc, no glitches or anything so far.

Also wondering what is your PSU model and wattage?
