Anyone know how much more expensive it is to send something to Portugal?

If I send a package to someone in the UK, its about £8.50 inc Parcelforce Special Delivery.

If I send the same thing to Portugal by ParcelForce Special Delivery does anyone know how much more expensive it would be?

So, under 2kg? Shouldn't cost much but that depends largely on the size/value as much as weight.
 
Royal Mail Airsure is a fully tracked service and will be sub £20 for 2kg to EU destinations.

DHL Worldwide Express seems to be around £15?

Anyone know how to calculate 'volumetric kilos' of the package if its roughly 80cm x 40cm x 15cm?

You would use DHL Europlus. It's £31.92.

Or Parcelforce via Parcel2Go is £23.99.
