need some premium headphones please!

so after my HD-201s got a loose connection i decided its time to upgrade! here's what i need:

Budget: £65 MAX
will be used for ipad
cant throttle under louder volumes
i like sennheiser but if their are better for my price out there please let me know

Better quality audio because the signal isn't being sent through the iPad's amplification circuitry, you're leaving the volume control and amping to the E5.

Yea I totally agree myself, i have the Line-out Dock and E5 combo myself.. i would never look back.

Saying that, i have tried the iBasso and the Fiio L1, they both sound exactly the same.. and the L1's are cheaper
