so i made a new soldier a couple of mins ago and played 2 rounds

stats from my first round and look who i got my first tag from :D






p.s. man too many peeps cg spamming on the sas server :(
 
Was on beer drinkers server just now myself, did it feel a bit laggy for you tom? Probably my crap connection isnt helping, definitely not a graphics issue as fps never dipped below 90.

yeah it did feel it a bit, although it was chaos at one point so many mortars coming in haha.

I also recall you sniping me 3 times :mad:
 
Yep, i usually play assault with the m416, pretty decent weapon for long range shooting. In an earlier round though i did go recon for a while with the m24.

Gents, how do you throw C4?

All the vids I can find on youtube etc have been removed by user?

edit, nevermind. ; fire and jump quickly after I believe is the key.

i just rage quit the SAS was getting rpg'ed nobends!

PS come see me when you have this many tags

 
Just left the sas server as well, cg's all round. And one bloke on our squad who insisted on staying on a rooftop trying to snipe, instead of attacking m-coms.
 
yeah i saw him, what a tool, i asked him what he was doing, its the only time i rage quit if RPGs are flying around, i dont mind other stuff, i find if one or two get away with it, the others start normally when the tickets are low just to bump up the k/d
 
Had decent games with some of you tonight, twas fun (I'm bjcm). :D

Loving the M416(?), I think that'll replace my long-term assault favourite the AN-94 AKABAN. :p

Need to concerntrate on being a decent squad player though, I seem to end up wandering off on my own... :(
 
I can understand maybe sniping from a rooftop were you can see people, but on that map there was nothing but trees in his fov.:(

@b3mor, quite fond of the m416 as well, good all round weapon choice.

Also left the SAS server, Beer drinkers

People using rpger's on infantry, headshots not working, shot someone twice with a shotgun close range he turned and knifed me. Abusive players, lots of immature players you just know it's going to be bad. Unloaded so many clips and nothing happening, came near bottom. Also got killed a few times by a sniper through a wall, in a building at a distance!. When the camera panned to the killcam he wasn't even in my direction!

Joined another server, had a great match everyone playing well came top of the server 20/11 K/D. No lag, no immature players and when you knife someone it responds.

The SAS is a poor server tonight
 
Just lost connection to the game (was in Moof with scamartist). Can't seem to log in no, just it's to tell me I should catch some sleep.

Was really hoping to increase my smoke kills :D

Lol don't think I even got that many on dr_volki so you win :p
But I kinda gave up on knives anyway since I had a couple failures back in the day and rather shoot them in the back now :p
 
The SAS server last night was very poor.

As Neil79 said, headshots, empting clips into peeps at close range etc and then instakill from the person on the receiving end.

Maybe if you change your clan tags to SAS you get preferential treatment ;)

But plenty of servers out there anyway so its all good. :)

I reckon this is the first game in years that I would say I have an addiction to its like FPS crack.

Not sure what the appeal is but possibly because you can play the game in so many ways and every game is a just a bit different depending on whose playing.

I'm exactly the same. I usually move on from FPS after a month or two, but this has me hooked.

I joined the SASS (not sure if it's the same as SAS you mention) and NRU, but was getting poor hit reg on both of those. Joined a 24 player server later and did a lot better - got a 10 kill streak, Nemesis and Ace player badges - three rarities for me.
 
Going to try a 24 player only server tonight and compare, however i did join a server 32 after the SAS one and it was perfect so...

My advice, AVOID SAS servers, ( Beer Drinkers )
