PS3: Dragon age origins ultimate edition ?

My brother recently bought the ultimate edition of dragon age origins and apparently your meant to get all the dlc and expansions etc with it but it didnt come with "Return to ostagar" and 1 or 2 other things.
Is this just a bug as i would like to get this if it did come with all the DLC etc...
Any info would be appreciated :)
 
Yeah it was a common issue. Got to contact customer services at EA iirc, and they give you a code.
 
Yeah I bought a copy a few weeks ago and it's not included. All I had to do was talk to someone from EA via livechat on their website and had it sorted within minutes.

Exact same thing happened with me. They replied to an email very quickly with the download code.

I guess they could as I wasn't asked for any proof. Maybe the code only works with that version or something?
 
Well i got it thoday through the poast and on the PS3's XMB it has the main game disc icon and below it, it has the DLC disc icon with all the DLC on it including blood dragon armour and the famous missing return to ostagar, guess i got lucky :)
 
No you didn't - it is on the disk and does install it but it's not actually available ingame.
