Braiding cables for NOOBS

hey all not to sure if this is in the right place but hey lets get on.

My questions is possibly the most stupid question ever. how do you braid cables?
Also where can i get some cable braiding?

Iv been looking in the project logs forum and those cables look the biz.

You could also buy pre braided cables
