6950 Vs 5850

Is a say MSI twin frozen or any 6950 2048mb better, worse or same as 2x 5850's in crossfire ?

OR would 6970 out perform both ?

TBH, you have a really really good setup. If you must upgrade, then two 560's or 570's. A 580 overclocked would be good too. What exctly are you hoping to achieve out of upgrading?
What is your budget aswell?

EDIT: just saw that you only have 1 5850. I would get another. best value for money IMO

If you get a 2gb 6950 you can flash it so it has 6970 shaders though, that might be worth it but at stock no.

2 5850's would beat a 6950 hands down. they would beat a 6970 also

Sorry my fault here guys thought I had updated my sig but I hadn't done now tho

Not trying to achieve anything really, just thought do a bit of tweaking.

So all in all i'm better off saving the cash for something else an sticking with my 2 x 5850's

Any other tweaksupgrades you think I could do with ?

TBH, your system is perfect. I would look into liquid cooling if you have the money
