10 weeks what can I acheve

exactly.

i can do this but i know once this 10 weeks is up i might have no work again for a few months! so it works itself out nicely over a year :)

plus i do enjoy it. (admittedly i prefer the shoot period to the prep period lol)
 
Why do you dislike running?

I used to hate it now love it, but I always think the things that you find hardest are generally better for you.

Get running.
 
Per hour that's not that good, but given the amount you will make in total it's gotta be worth it (even more so if no outgoings and you have a clever umbrella company) :)

exactly its the hours i do that make it all up!

i have pretty much 0 out goings! whilst away i stay in my converted camper! and join a local gym of showers gym pool etc.

all i pay out for is food, phone and internet! and fuel obviously! so its not bad really
 
Resistance work is still useful for burning calories so keep an even balance.

This is why I mentioned swimming, it may no be as effective as lifting heavy weights, but it's still a good all rounder. Resistance and CV.

i do enjoy swimming and am sure i will find myself doing that before the end of the ten weeks lol.

right so i weighed myself today at the gym and weighed in at 86.5 (assuming this is kilos i didnt check oops) so rought 13st 8

see what happens over the coming weeks. i guess im expecting to get down to about 13st if possible! then start toning and muscle building :)

Is 40 mins a day 7 days aweek enough! Or should I be doing in excess of a hour a day? Was thinking as I'm going 7 days a week maybe short sessions would be better over the week?

Usually 3km on a treadmill (is killing me lol so unfit) plus my weights after! Obviously different areas each day
 
dont know whats wrong with me but went for a 10k run today. admit it took me 1 hour 20mins :( ouch! but still i did it when i first said i dont like running ha so not bad for me :)

weight has already dropped from 87.5 to 84.1 in 1 week :eek:
