since ebay /paypal came about sellers have been complaining that buyers lodge complaining then win and their account is put in negative.

There are genuine sellers on there as well. I picked up a brand new sealed (genuine legitimate) Windows 7 Ultimate retail for the grand sum of £67!! I have purchased quite a few copies of Windows in the past from the bay and all of them have been genuine. Got a copy of Vista 64 Home Premium a couple of months after launch for a tenner. Several copies of XP for use in builds for other people between £15 and £35.
If you see someone with no feedback start listing copies of Windows 7 it's a good chance that they are a scammer and should be avoided. It's also a good idea to avoid buying off someone who has been buying loads of 99p stuff just to bump up their feedback and then they start listing high value items. Just use common sense and you should be ok most of the time.

There are so many ways to getting ripped off on ebay that I'll never use it I don't think. Shame aswell because its a really good way of seeling/buying stuff. Everyone in my family has been ripped off in one way or another.

And is only any use if you're using the licenses in a testing environment - so absolutely no use to the average home user.
