ATI 5700 HD series Help please

Hey i think i have located the problem with my pc i am convinced its the GFX card the gfx for the pc windows 7 arnt working pc is very laggy when even moving things in window from side to side


in decive manager it the card is working and i have latest drivers ?


i have done a fresh instill of windows added all the drivers ect



just want my pc to work

ATI 5770 HD from club 3d


i downloaded the CCC from ATI/AMD website under the 5xxx seriers


then tryed threw deviced manager with the find drivers from internet and install came back with i have the lasted drivers

Ocuk have OC'd this computer but i belives its just the processer i dont want to go into bios incase i break the pc not to good with pcs can i return pc to ocuk its under a year old ?
