3945ABG OR 4965AGN etc

Hi All not sure this is the right forum but i want to know what is the fastest/best WLAN Wireless mini-card for a Dell D630 Laptop i,ve seen a few different models for sale but not sure which one to go for either 3945ABG OR 4965AGN which are Intel makes and there is a Dell model too 1505 i think but might bewrong ha! any help please thanks ?

Wireless N is faster as long as you have a compatible router.

I've fitted Intel 4965AGN cards to several D620's and D630's and they are capable of 130Mbps instead of 54Mbps. Easy to install too, just use the grey cable along with the black and white one's. Some 4965AGN's are color coded to make it easier to understand which plugs the cables go.
