I look forward to my imminent return to the land of my ancestors...

Thanks for reading!

It was frozen last year when I came here in Feb.

Oh and you couldn't see Adam from Eve so jumping was out. Unless you felt real suicidal that is...

Looks like it would be a nice place if only it were a hot summer day

It would have been full of tourists in that case. The mountains are far more beautiful when the weather is a little dicy and there isn't many people about.

could do with some extra sheep :D

I do love the stereotyping of welsh people and sheep!

Do you live locally to tefal? Never had the chance to go up Tryfan before, heard the walkings quite tough....

nah not local to snowdonia but north of Wales so go there fairly often.

I've not done tryfan yet but learnt to rock climb on little tryfan.

Hopefully this year we'll be doing a 3 person multi pitch climb up the front of tryfan though.

done a bit of random ice climbing around where the op went (if i'm right with the location) that was great fun, need to do it more.

prefer scrambling over walking though.

Top pictures m8, Like Wales a lot, it seems harsher and harder than say some of the lake district areas.

Tryfan is good on a nice day when you can sit on the top enjoy the view then jump Adam and Eve :)

Snowdon is realy nice and a bit more of a challenge if you go the horseshoe route over grib goch, makes the trek a lot more exciting than following the tourist path up or even the miners track.

Not me in the video but i did that route summer before last, early in the morning when it was empty and on a glorious day = awesome :)

I've done Crib Goch in some serious wind. It's not for the faint hearted.

Being mountain bred I do worry about videos like that. Good weather is no excuse for carrying no real kit.

Cery nice pics, love Snowdonia, we usually stay in Betws y Coed when were up there. Really is a beautiful part of the country :).
