ARGH!!! PArents!!

Not a lot you can do im afraid, my mother was the same years back, she's only changed cos her body is letting her down, what with diabetes and arthritis, so cba to get up to such shenanigans.

Just ignore her and let her get on with it, she'll eventually realize what a plank she is being , or your dad will get fed up and lamp her one.

You could phone social services and get her sectioned, but that would be rather cruel lol

I had issues similar to this but not quite the same when I was younger and living at home. I went to Uni and moved out, thats the solution.

Your Mum sounds like a bit of a ****. She will see you as "hers" and as a little child for the rest of your life more than likely. It might get better when you have a wife and kids but not by much.

Sounds like your old tit does what mine did, guilt trips and every other which way to get you to do stuff for them. The old classic "We do things for you" when you reject them telling you to go do something straight away even though you are clearly in the middle of something!

No real advice, just empathy.

I hated when my folks said things like that, not like I had much of a choice of being born but they sure did lol.

Throw a hoover at her TV when Jezza Kyle is on. See how she likes it. Oh and ask her to go to the shop and get you crisps immediately :D

So, just had a row with my old bid. She came into my room, saw I was gaming away, busy, and asked me, no, told me to go the shop for her fags, and lend her the money...I said let me finish this and then I will. She threw a right hissy fit, moaning and shouting and slamming things, she threw the hoover at my PC case, luckily nothing is in the case, and smashed all the front up, so bye bye HAF932 :(. She won't replace it, as 'she did nothing wrong' and apparently it's all my fault  . I really do hate her at times :mad::mad:.

Sounds exactly like my mum she always does stuff like this and makes me run around after her and go to the shops for either fags or wine, I don't always want to do it but if I don't the guilt trip that follows is never ending. I did get a break when I moved out but now ive had to move home again due to my earnings not covering the costs of running a flat, im back to running round after her and now she gets half my wage which as its not much to start with leaves me with next to nothing. Having said that she is my mum and the only real parent I have so just get on with it .....
